Only item with manufacturing defects will be eligible for exchange.

Manufacturing defects such as: leakages, moulds, and fungus

Exchange request with clear photos of the defects must be submitted to email address [email protected] within 3 days of receiving the products.

Shipping costs for product exchange will be borne by customer.

All products will be properly sealed and packed before sending out to customers. Damages occurred during delivery by courier services are not the responsibility of the seller.
