  • 400 gm fish filet, lightly marinated with salt and pepper
  • 1 medium-sized tomato, cut into wedges
  • 30gm long beans, cut into 1-inch lengths
  • 1 small onion, cut into wedges
  • 10 gm fresh cilantro

Cooking Method:

  1. Steam the fish filets for up to 3 minutes, pour Asian Meals Assam Pedas sauce onto the fish.
  2. Add vegetables.
  3. Steam for another 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are cooked through.
