How to Cook?

3. Heat the oil in a pot. Stir-fry the paste over medium heat. Once you can smell the fragrance, add the chicken. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes.

4. Toss in the pandan leaves, pour water, and bring to a boil. Now reduce the heat and let the pot simmer for 15-20 minutes.

5. Fill a separate pot with water up to half. Boil it and then add bean sprouts and take them out after 20 seconds.

7. Take out the chicken and let it cool. Shred the pieces. Toss in the shrimps into the curry soup and let them cook until they turn pink. Remove them and pour in the milk. 

8. Now add the tofu cubes and the salt. Bring to a boil.

3. Vegetarian Curry Laksa

  • 300 gm rice vermicelli
